- (Brendan Leung)
Brendan Leung is a centerman with over a decade of high level hockey experience across the country. He is looking to bring his player knowledge and amble coaching experience at local camps to aspirational youth hockey players in Washington State. *Read Below to Learn About Brendan's Hockey Background:
Coach Brendan began playing at age 5 in Portland, Oregon with the Portland Jr. Winterhawks. He was one of three 04 to play Mite Rep Hockey in the State and served as a team captain almost every season. Coach Brendan was invited as 1/2 players to attend the Oregon State Festival as an underaged player. After relocating to Renton, Washington, Coach Brendan began 14u with Seattle Sno-King. During this 14u season, he served as team captain and recorded over 80 points. At the end of the year, Coach Brendan was awarded the John Mcdonald Award from Sno-King. This trophy recognizes one Bantam player a year that displays the highest levels of leadership, sportsmanship, and enthusiasm for the game of hockey. During his first year of 16u, he competed as 1/4 first year players on the 16U AAA team winning the rookie of the year award. His second year of 16u, he recorded almost 100 points breaking the point record for 16u AAA at Sno-King and served as Team Captain. He helped lead his team to Sno-King's first 16u AAA State Championship. Throughout 14u and 16u he ranked in the top of the State and attended all of the USA Hockey Pacific District Festivals. After 16u, Brendan moved away from home to play 18u AAA with the Elite Hockey Academy. He moved into a billet home and attended an all-boys Prep School in Connecticut. At the Elite Hockey Academy, he skated over 2 hours a day and lifted every day preparing for a top 20 18u program and full New England Prep School schedule. Through his 16u and 18u seasons he played in 4/5 of his league's all-star games. His first year of 18U, he served as assistant captain, played one the first line, and recorded 64 points in 60 games. This year, he was awarded 1/3 awards; the most improved award. His second year at Elite, he served as team captain and scored about a point per game. He played with a 2023 NHL Draft pick of the Dallas Stars. After multiple Junior Offers, he accepted a Tender to the NCDC at the beginning of the season. The NCDC (National Collegiate Development Conference) is a top D1/D3 NCAA league that is tuition free. He took up coaching again serving as a youth skills coach with Elite's first mentorship program. To finish his time in CT, he was awarded Elite's highest award in memory of a beloved local coach.
Brendan has worked with many top College, Junior, and Professional players/coaches/scouts. He is knowledgeable in skill development, season preparation, and has the experience to help players succeed in advancement.
In addition to helping train top youth players and summer youth camps, Brendan is looking to expand his impact into Private/Group Lessons

- (JUSTIN FREEMAN)
Justin Freeman is a forward with over a decade of high level hockey experience across the country. He is looking to bring his vast player knowledge and coaching experience to aspirational youth hockey players in Washington State. *Read Below to Learn About Justin's Hockey Background:
Coach Justin began playing at a young age in Edmonton, Alberta. He grew up playing high level youth hockey and even played with NHL Draft Pick Matthew Savoie. Coach Justin moved to Maple Valley, Washington and joined Seattle Sno-King. During his time at Sno-King he amassed a high level of points earning a spot on the top 16u team in the State. The Sno-King alum helped lead his team to their first Washington State Championship. After leaving 16u, he joined the Junior Hockey ranks leaving home to play in North Carolina. Playing and billeting in Carolina allowed him to get coaching experience with youth players. The following year, he joined the Ogden Mustangs to play another year of high level Junior Hockey before ending up in Vegas. He competed at Vegas with the Vegas Thunderbirds and helped them advance onto the USPHL National Tournament. Looking into the future, Coach Justin has signed a contract to play with the local Seattle Totem's for his old 16u AAA coach from Seattle Sno-King.
